Wont let me in

I bought a subscription and I dont have access to the app. Websupport is non-existent. I will be asking for a full refund.

Not able to log in

I used to love this app, way better than any of the other medication apps. Then after an update I wasnt able to log in. I contacted support and they recommended to create a new login account. I have not been back in to this app since. I still dont understand their response, fix the app so I can login as the login I created.

Updates frequency

With my last update the app insists in updating its content every time I tried to use it. It will update if I happened to open the app twice within one minute!! This makes it extremely irritating and unnecessary wasting time during clinical work! Please fix this bug (I hop this a bug and not intentional feature) Thanks

Update make app unusable. Got Lexicomp instead

Its been a couple of weeks and no fix. No problems with Lexicomp.

Update issue

Regarding persistent update issue and no content access unless on Wifi. Update: I removed my app from my phone and reinstalled it. It seems to be working fine again. Before removing the app I noticed that under Information and About (in the app) that my content expiration was 2015 SEP 30. After reinstalling the content expiry is now 2015 Nov 28 and the app is working again, even when I shut off the Wifi I have access. Hope this works for others.

hot garbage

Used to use this app almost daily, now they have screwed it up so much it wont open, or always needs to update, or wants you to create an account... everything except provide drug info. Completely ruined this once great app. Congratulations, morons

Not opening!

Im upset that I paid for this app and previously used it quite a bit and now it just shuts down on me when I try to open it. Please fix this!!

You HAVE to be on wifi to open app

This used to be my favorite drug app right up until the most recent update. Now I am required to be on wifi to open the app. Im not always in a place that has wifi and just cant use the app that I pay a yearly subscription to use. Looks like it is time for a new go to app.

Bad Idea to use

Ive used this app everyday of my working career as a flight medic and this change has to stop. So if you dont know, when you open this app now you must be connected to wifi or you can use it. If they dont change it like soon Ill go to something else. This was the best app around but now its garbage. Please write the company and explain it needs to change

This used to be a good app!!

Im an Emergency Medical Professional and loved this application. It was such a great help. The new update makes it unusable. Please revert back to content updates without wifi!!! Id be more than happy to change my review.

Now inaccessible in clinic/ hospital setting

App will not open unless on a wifi network...wish I would not have paid for a app that I cant use when seeing patients...

Used to be a great app but terrible since the update. Takes forever to load and only works with wifi. Highly recommend medscape instead. Its free and just better in so many ways. I wish i just downloaded that in the first place...

"Unable to connect..."

I LOVED micromedex, BUT since its updated you now must be connected to wifi for it to up date. Every. Single. Time. that you open it. Very annoying. I have wifi at work but its super slow and I cant even get into it. Impossible to use when I need it !!

Content upgrades with each use

The drug content should only need to upgrade maybe once a day, but not each time the prigram is opened!

Updates, updates, updates!!

This app used to be my go-to quick reference for dosing, etc, but it is now almost completely unusable for this purpose. You have to wait about 30 seconds for it to update EVERY time its opened. I know medical info can change quickly, but not several times a day... I will be using Lexicomp until this is fixed.

Non-functional

Every time app is opened it requires access to wifi to function. And theres no way to modify this because theres no settings option.

UGGGHHH

This used to be my favorite app to use in the hospital and for my care plans in nursing school. If it needed to be updated, it would ask you to update it before you could open it, which is fine because I get everything needing to be accurate. But now the new update is AWFUL. it self updates every time you open the app and you cant make it not do it. So when youre making a care plan and are switching between looking at the drug info and typing it in your computer, the app will dim and will have to be re updated AGAIN before you can continue looking at the drug. It must have re updated 25+ times while I was making my care plan. Then when Im at the hospital looking up drugs, it takes forever to update. I would honestly rather use a drug book now since micromedex has made it so difficult. So irritating

Update ruined the function

This app wont let you go into the content of drug information which is the most important part of this app while youre not connected to Wi-Fi . Please please please fix this

Look elsewhere for a reference

This was the most clinically useful medication reference on the go. Now I cant use it in the hospital at all and I have moved on to a competitors app. It tries to download updates every time I open it, which would be fine except it requires you to be on wifi. I checked and made sure the app has permission to use cellular data, and it still has the error message each time. It even says you can use it without updating, but wont let you navigate past the message.

Best app just got WORST with new update

This use to be my go to update for reliable and quick reference when interacting with patients, NOT ANYMORE. I work in a setting where I dont have wifi access so this app is no good, since it needs wifi to update EVERY TIME I open this app. Please fix it or I will have to find a better alternative.
